My coaching sessions pull nutrition, bodywork, and spiritual work together to create a powerfully inspiring space for my clients to explore and create heart-centered and fulfilling lives. Myofascial Release
My passion and specialty!
As an advanced level MFR therapist, I love nothing more than the dynamic experience MFR offers. Open hearted patience really pays off as the fascial layers release in some truly magical ways. This modality is slow, gentle, and connects you into the depths of your being.
Lymph Drainage Massage
A light and flowing modality that focuses entirely on the lymphatic system. This modality can be extremely powerful for anyone struggling with inflammation. Light strokes encourage improved lymph flow through the system and can be extremely relaxing to the Nervous System to receive.
Intra Oral Massage
Working the mouth and structures of the jaw both internally and externally can have profoundly positive benefits for anyone struggling with TMJ, headaches, lockjaw or migraines.
Body Reading
Book a body reading appointment to learn what postural patterns your body is holding. This appointment will give you a thorough breakdown of what muscles might be over working, and which are not firing, so you can focus on stretching/strengthening programming with your trainers, or in your own workouts. A valuable experience that is enhanced by over a decade of personal training, yoga and pilates.
Cupping
Another way to work the fascia! Cupping, unlike traditional MFR or massage techniques, serves to lift muscles and fascia creating spaciousness and flow. A wonderful option if massage or MFR is not working to release that chronic spot, or you want to increase flow to the tissues.
​Traditional Deep Tissue
Decompress sore or tight muscles with a traditional deep tissue Massage. A great way to get a full body massage. If you really need more specific muscular work, this is a fantastic modality to work into specific musculature to give you relief. I find that my decade + worth of movement practices come in very handy as I assess and then work the body. My anatomy and physiology nerd really shines in these sessions!
