A Bit About Me
My journey into movement began with a misguided pursuit of the "ideal body," which ultimately left me injured, chronically fatigued, and disconnected from myself. This struggle became the catalyst for a transformative journey back to wholeness. Through yoga, I found mindfulness; Pilates restored strength; myofascial release through massage unlocked tension; and exploration into nutrition and integrative health coaching reconnected me with my true self. Each modality helped me rediscover and reclaim pieces of my authentic self, guiding me toward a life of balance and embodiment. I deeply believe that conscious embodiment is a vital key to reconnecting with ourselves in an increasingly distracted world.
My mission is to help others rediscover their true essence, empowering them to embrace greater joy, vitality, and personal strength. Movement and bodywork are profound tools for this reclamation, offering pathways to reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies.

Originally from Kenya, I have always cherished the grounding power of nature. I love spending time outdoors with my dog, Lokwe, soaking up the beauty of the natural world. Living an authentic, heart-centered life is my passion, and I am dedicated to helping others do the same.
“The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well.”
